Notre Dame Prep School is a member of the Government Nursery Grant Scheme. Funding for a maximum of 15 hours per week is available for all 3 and 4 year olds*. *Please see our guidance on funding for further information and qualifying criteria.

Sibling discounts

Sibling Discounts on basic fees are given where there are brothers or sisters at the school. These are set at:

Second child - 5%
Third child - 10%
Fourth child and further children - 20%

All fees must be paid by monthly standing order or on the first day of term by bank transfer or cheque. All standing order payments are due no later than the 1st of the month. Interest will be charged termly on overdue accounts at the rate of 3% per term.

Fees are normally reviewed annually each September. The Governors reserve the right to increase these fees at any time if circumstances warrant it.

A full term’s written notice is required by the first day of the term before a pupil is removed from the school. In absence of such notice, the full term’s fees (‘fees in lieu’) must be paid. The only exception to this rule applies to pupils in Prep 6 who will naturally be leaving the school at the end of that year.

There is a Registration Fee of £50.00 payable on application.
An acceptance deposit of £400 is payable as soon as a place is offered in order to secure that place. This sum is refundable once your child leaves the school.

Cash payments over £200.00 are not accepted.

Payment of fees

Fees for each term, including the final term, must be paid in full, in advance, without deduction for deposits. No interest is payable in respect of these deposits.

Extra-curricular activities

Education at Notre Dame Preparatory School extends beyond the classroom and normal school hours. We offer a number of optional extras. These include peripatetic, individual and group music tuition in addition to after school clubs, activities and care. There is an additional charge for these extras.
